Carina M. Leeson, Esquire

Carina M. Leeson graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Before joining the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, Ms. Leeson was previously associated with several law firms in Palm Beach County, including the national law firm Fox Rothschild, LLP, focusing her practice on family law matters. Ms. Leeson formerly served as a Staff Attorney at the Palm Beach County Courthouse, where she assisted the Judiciary with all aspects of litigation.

During her time in West Palm Beach Ms. Leeson was an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers and Family Law Sections, and recently served on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Palm Beach County Chapter. Ms. Leeson also served on the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Judicial Relations Committee.  Currently she is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Leeson is currently a member of the Marital & Family Law Sectionof the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Seminole County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers.

Most recently, Ms. Leeson was selected for inclusion in the 2011 Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in the area of family law. Only two and a half percent of lawyers in the state were selected.

Jeffrey Feulner, Esquire

Attorney Jeffrey Feulner, Men's Divorce Law Firm, Orlando

Mr. Feulner graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Feulner is the sole shareholder of the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, with an office in Baldwin Park, Florida. Mr. Feulner was previously associated for six years with an AV rated law firm, practicing in the areas of marital & family law and labor & employment law. Prior to his law school graduation, Mr. Feulner served as a judicial intern at the First District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Judge Stephan Mickle, now a federal court judge, and clerked for the Tallahassee law firm of Marie Mattox, P.A.

Mr. Feulner handles all aspects of marital & family law and aggressively pursues cases involving the establishment of paternity and fathers’ rights. Standing at 6’8″, Attorney Feulner brings a commanding presence into the courtroom. Mr. Feulner is a member of the Marital & Family Law Sections of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Seminole County Bar Association.

Mr. Feulner also has significant experience in all aspects of employment law. He has litigated employment cases under the Florida Civil Rights Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and has handled whistle blower actions, employment-related torts, civil rights matters and employment contracts/severance matters. Mr. Feulner is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals.

Mr. Feulner is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is the past Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Feulner has lectured on employment law topics for the above organizations and for NBI & Lorman Seminars.

Mr. Feulner has been a committee chair for the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Orange County Bar Association, responsible for planning numerous events, including an Afternoon at the Courthouse seminar in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida for new attorneys and summer law clerks.

Mr. Feulner has also served on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Orlando YMCA and on the Transportation Advisory Board for the City of Maitland. A strong supporter of local athletic programs, Mr. Feulner has held the position of legal counsel for the Florida Region of the United States Volleyball Association.

Jean Marie Moses, Esquire

Jean Moses, Mens Divorce Law Firm, Winter Park

Jean Marie Moses has been employed with the Men’s Divorce Law Firm since May 2009. As an associate attorney Ms. Moses assists with all family law cases including divorce, paternity, child support, timesharing (custody), and adoption. Ms. Moses strongly believes that children need a meaningful relationship with both of their parents and this passion is what motivates Ms. Moses.

Ms. Moses earned her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, the College at Lincoln Center. While earning her degree in Journalism at Fordham, Ms. Moses was a staff writer for The Observer, authoring many articles relevant to the legal field.

Ms. Moses passed the Florida Bar Exam in February 2008. While her legal career focuses primarily on family law, Ms. Moses has experience in employment, real estate, consumer, and criminal law. Prior to joining the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, Ms. Moses gained experience in a number of legal settings including legal aid and the state attorney’s office.

Ms. Moses acquired a passion for family law during a law school internship at Brevard County Legal Aid. During this time, Ms. Moses was an active member of the Brevard County Domestic Violence Task Force and Awareness Month Committee and was heavily involved in planning Brevard’s annual “Steps Against Domestic Violence” walk.
