Attorney Jeffrey Feulner, Men's Divorce Law Firm, Orlando

Attorney Feulner graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida State University College of Law. Attorney Feulner is the sole shareholder of the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, with an office in Orlando, Florida. Attorney Feulner was previously associated for six years with an AV rated law firm, practicing in the areas of marital & family law and labor & employment law. Prior to his law school graduation, Attorney Feulner served as a judicial intern at the First District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Judge Stephan Mickle, now a federal court judge, and clerked for the Tallahassee law firm of Marie Mattox, P.A.

Attorney Feulner handles all aspects of marital & family law and aggressively pursues cases involving the establishment of paternity and fathers’ rights. Standing at 6’8″, Attorney Feulner brings a commanding presence into the courtroom. Attorney Feulner is a member of the Marital & Family Law Sections of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Seminole County Bar Association.

Attorney Feulner also has significant experience in all aspects of employment law. He has litigated employment cases under the Florida Civil Rights Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and has handled whistle blower actions, employment-related torts, civil rights matters and employment contracts/severance matters. Attorney Feulner is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals.

Attorney Feulner is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is the past Chairman of the Orange County Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section. Attorney Feulner has lectured on employment law topics for the above organizations and for NBI & Lorman Seminars.

Attorney Feulner has been a committee chair for the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Orange County Bar Association, responsible for planning numerous events, including an Afternoon at the Courthouse seminar in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida for new attorneys and summer law clerks.

Attorney Feulner has also served on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Orlando YMCA and on the Transportation Advisory Board for the City of Maitland. A strong supporter of local athletic programs, Attorney Feulner has held the position of legal counsel for the Florida Region of the United States Volleyball Association.

Michelle Fernandez graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Wayne State University School of Law. Prior to joining the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, Attorney Fernandez worked as a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate for Help Now of Osceola, Inc. where she served as a liaison between the Florida Department of Children & Families and Help Now Osceola. She also provided legal advocacy as well as support advocacy for domestic violence victims during injunction hearings, mediations, family team staffings, Early Service staffings, and dependency court.

During her time at Wayne State University Law School, Attorney Fernandez was active in OUTlaws, an on campus organization that strives to create a safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered (LGBT) students as well as bringing LGBT issues to the attention of students and faculty. As President of OUTlaws, Attorney Fernandez oversaw the organization’s advocacy and social programming as well as education and collaboration. Attorney Fernandez also interned for the Triangle Foundation in Detroit, Michigan’s leading LGBT organization before merging with Equality Michigan.

Attorney Paula Silva, Men's Divorce Law Firm, Orlando

Paula Silva graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and earned her law degree with a concentration in Children and Family Law from Barry University School of Law. Attorney Silva began as a law clerk with the Men’s Divorce Law Firm while in law school, where she began building her foundation and knowledge of family law.

During law school Attorney Silva also served as a Volunteer Advocate for Children, working as a liaison between Guardians Ad Litem and children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected. She served on the Executive Board of the Women Lawyers Association, and has assisted in other community service events for non-profit organizations such as Harbor House through her work with the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers.

Attorney Silva is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and Florida Bar Family Law Sections, and she serves as a Guardian Ad Litem through the Legal Aid Society of Orange County.

Attorney Jean Marie Moses

Jean Marie Moses returns after a brief hiatus to serve Of Counsel to the Men’s Divorce Law Firm. Attorney Moses assists with all family law cases including divorce, paternity, child support, timesharing (custody), and adoption. She strongly believes that children need a meaningful relationship with both of their parents.

Attorney Moses earned her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University, Petit College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Fordham University, the College at Lincoln Center.  While earning her degree in Journalism at Fordham, Attorney Moses was a staff writer for The Observer, authoring many articles relevant to the legal field.  

While her primary focus is on family law at the Men’s Divorce Law Firm, Attorney Moses has experience in employment, real estate, consumer and criminal law.  She has also gained knowledge in a number of legal settings including legal aid and the state attorney’s office. She currently serves as an attorney for Simpluris Inc. in Orlando, a national class action settlement administrator.

Attorney Moses acquired a passion for family law during a law school internship with Brevard County Legal Aid. During that time she was an active member of the Brevard County Domestic Violence Task Force and Awareness Committee. Attorney Moses remains passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers throughout the Central Florida area.
